Shipping & Returns
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.
Just ship the item back to us within 10 days of it's delivery date, along with proof of purchase (either the packing slip that it was sent with, or a print of your original order), and make the sure that the item has not been worn and has no visible signs of wear and tear. We will refund your order within a week of receiving it. For an expedited refund, make sure to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the order number and tracking information on your returned item.
Please note; We do not offer exchanges!
If you would prefer a different size or style than what you originally purchased, we will refund you for the purchase once it has been returned, and you will need to repurchase the correct item as a separate order from our website.
We ship using The United States Postal Service, and for security reasons all shipments will require a signature, unless you contact us to request otherwise.
We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card or the address confirmed on your PayPal account. If you need us to ship your item to an alternate address as a gift, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will make a special consideration.
We keep a small stock of pieces already made and ready to ship, excluding our 12mm Cuban Link Chain which is made to order. We fulfill shipments three times a week, so you should receive your items within one week of your order. If for some reason you haven't received your item or did not receive a confirmation e-mail when you placed your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
